• Furniture delivery service: Due to the size and nature of the product, a carrier will contact you to schedule doorstep delivery.
• We offer free shipping and free returns on all POOLSOFA orders. 
• Please note that delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is currently not available for this product.

Bath Pillows, SAUNASOFA & Accessories

• Orders for bath pillows, SAUNASOFA, and accessories are processed within 1–2 business days.
• For standard shipping, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.
• For expedited shipping, delivery will usually take 1–3 business days after it has been processed.
• Shipping fees are as follows:
  • Standard shipping: $15
  • Expedited shipping: $55
• We also ship to Hawaii and Alaska, though delivery to these locations may take up to 4–5 weeks. A flat-rate shipping fee of $150 applies.
• Please note: POOLSOFA cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
